The Cross of Christ: Finding God
The article contains 3 sets of faith expression artworks. The first set of artworks is based on Bible verses Luke 2:8-11. The second set of faith expression artworks is based on Bible verses Luke 2:8-11 and Isaiah 7:14. The third set of artworks is based on Bible verses Jeremiah 29:11-13. Some items are new, but a majority of the artworks are items that have been published in the blog section of the site and they fall under the category of “Expressions Art for God’s Sake.” Below are the Bible verses and the faith expression artworks.
Bible Verses Luke 2:8-11 - “In that region there were shepherds living in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. Then an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid; for see—I am bringing you good news of great joy for all the people: to you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, who is the Messiah, the Lord.’” (NRSVACE)
Bible Verse Isaiah 7:14 - “Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Look, the young woman is with child and shall bear a son, and shall name him Immanuel.” (NRSVACE)
Bible Verses Jeremiah 29:11-13 - “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
