He was the 70th Secretary of State from 2018-2020 and the author of the 2023 bestselling book, entitled, “Never Give an Inch: Fighting for the America I Love.” Ronald Reagan was the governor of California from 1967-1975 who became the 40th president of the United States of America from 1981-1989.
