The article has a display of regular-sized and large images of souvenir sheets which show various themes or topics. Souvenir sheets are philatelic items issued by post offices of the world. Some souvenir sheets have perforation while some do not have perforation. Souvenir sheets with perforation are called perforate souvenir sheets while souvenir sheets with no perforation are called imperforate souvenir sheets. Some contain a single stamp, others have two stamps and still others have multiple stamps.
Souvenir sheets are popular collector’s items because they are larger than the ordinary stamps and because they have very good designs imprinted on them. Usually, a souvenir sheet has one main theme or topic. However, since it is a sheet of paper which is much bigger than an ordinary stamp, the design on the souvenir sheet may include other themes besides the main theme.
